At Quick Dry Cleaning Software, a product of DC Web Services Private Limited, accessible from www.quickdrycleaning.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and clients. This Privacy Policy document contains the types of information that are collected and recorded by Quick Dry Cleaning Software and how we use it.

If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us through email at [email protected].

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services provided by Quick Dry Cleaning Software (a product of DC Web Services Private Limited) (“QuickDC,” “we,” “us”), including our website (www.quickdrycleaning.com), our point-of-sale and business-management applications, and any integrations we operate with third-party platforms such as Clover (collectively, the “Services”). It describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information processed through the Services, whether collected via our website or in the course of your business operations. This Privacy Policy is no longer limited to online website activity; it governs all data processed through the Services.

2. Log Files

Quick Dry Cleaning Software follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movement on the website, and gather demographic information.

3. Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, Quick Dry Cleaning Software uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.

4. Advertising Partners and Privacy Policies

You may consult this list to find the Privacy Policy for each of the advertising partners of Quick Dry Cleaning Software.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Quick Dry Cleaning Software, which are sent directly to users’ browsers. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

Note that Quick Dry Cleaning Software has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

5. Third-Party Privacy Policies

Quick Dry Cleaning Software’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we advise you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt out of certain options. You may find a complete list of these Privacy Policies and their links on their respective websites.

You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. To know more detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers, it can be found at the browsers’ respective websites.

6. Information We Collect Through the Services

In addition to the website usage information described above, when you or your business use our Services we collect and process:

  • Business and account information (business name, address, contact details, tax identifiers);
  • Staff/user information (names, login credentials, roles, and permissions);
  • Customer information that you enter or import into the Services (names, contact details, and order history);
  • Transaction and order information (items, amounts, dates, and payment status); and
  • Payment-related information, as described in “Payments and Payment Card Data” below.

Where we integrate with Clover, we access merchant and transaction information through Clover’s APIs solely to provide the Services you have authorized.

7. Payments and Payment Card Data

Payment card transactions initiated through the Services are processed by third-party payment processors that are certified PCI-DSS compliant, including Clover and Stripe. QuickDC does not collect, process, or store full payment card numbers, card verification values (CVV), magnetic-stripe data, or other sensitive authentication data on its own systems; such data is handled directly by the applicable payment processor under its own privacy terms. We may store limited, non-sensitive payment metadata (such as the last four digits of a card, card brand, transaction amount, authorization result, and processor reference identifiers) to display transaction records and to provide support, reporting, and customer service.

8. How We Share Information / Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who help us deliver the Services, under contracts requiring them to protect the information and use it only for the purposes we specify. These providers include:

  • Payment processors (e.g., Clover, Stripe) to process transactions;
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the Services; and
  • Communications providers (e.g., SMS/email providers) to deliver notifications.

We do not sell your personal information or your customers’ personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

9. Children’s Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Quick Dry Cleaning Software does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best to promptly remove such information from our records.

10. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including encryption of data in transit, role-based access controls, tenant data isolation, and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; while we cannot guarantee absolute security, we work to protect your information in accordance with applicable law.

11. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Following termination, we delete or de-identify account data within thirty (30) days of the applicable notice period, except where retention is required for legitimate business records (such as transaction records for accounting and tax purposes).

12. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, port, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Business clients are responsible for responding to their own customers’ privacy requests; we assist as a processor where required. To exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected]. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable data protection law, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

13. SMS / Text Messaging

Quick Dry Cleaning Software, a product of DC Web Services Private Limited, sends SMS text messages to users and customers who provide their mobile number and opt in. Messages are limited to order and account notifications, such as order confirmations, status updates, and ready-for-pickup or delivery alerts.

Message frequency varies based on your account and order activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP or contact [email protected] for assistance.

No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other data-sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messaging service (e.g., our SMS provider), and only to the extent required to send the messages you requested.

14. Consent

By using our website or the Services, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms and conditions.
